All residential painting projects completed in Penrith and our surrounding service areas are covered by our 5‑Year Workmanship Warranty, effective from the date of substantial completion.

This warranty covers workmanship‑related failures, including:

• Peeling of the paint film
• Blistering
• Other early paint failures directly resulting from our labour

If a covered issue arises within five years, we will:

• Promptly inspect the affected area
• Confirm whether the issue is related to our workmanship
• Provide all labour and materials required to repair the defect
• Complete the rectification at no additional cost to you

To ensure transparency, this warranty does not cover issues outside our control, including:

• Damage caused by severe weather or natural disasters
• Structural movement, settling, moisture, or leakage issues

• Areas altered or repaired by the client or a third party after completion
• Materials applied to bare surfaces not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty
